Soul Food
"We all need a little soul food," Batten says. "I feel
the universe shifting in its perception, its outlook, and its needs. More
people are looking for a spiritual solution to the world's challenges. I
want 'Soul Food' to shed a little light on a changing world."
Ms. Batten hopes people who learn of her column will invite their
co-workers, their friends, and their families to share a little "Soul
Food." Lara's most recent column is "Home
for the Holidays."
