Downloading the Real Media player:

In order to listen to audio clips on the SpiritSite.com, you will need to download and install the Real Media player, and then return to SpiritSite.com.  The basic Real Media player is a free download.  Having this widely-used program will also allow you to listen to other audio and video selections on the internet.

The three basic steps involve filling out a short form, downloading the program (will take several minutes), and installing it by "running" the program on your computer.  If you are not familiar with downloading and installing programs, you may want to ask someone for help.  We're sorry, but SpiritSite.com cannot offer technical assistance -- however, the download/installation process is not very difficult.

To begin the downloading process, if you have the following systems:

• Windows 95/Windows 98 with a 90 MHz Pentium or faster -- or --
• Macintosh OS 8.1 or later with a 604 PowerPC 200 MHz or faster

... then you can download the latest Real Player here.

If, instead, you are using a slower computer, or if you are using Windows 3.1 or a Macintosh operating system that predates 8.1, you will need to download the older Real Player 5.0 here. 

If you are not sure about the speed of your computer, but think it may be slower than the systems above, you may want to simply install the older Real Player 5.0.  The audio clips on SpiritSite.com will sound the same.
